Navigating Difficult Conversations with Rena Cook, presented by Kendra Horn
Using the principles of Nonviolent Communication written by Marshall Goldberg, (sometimes called Compassionate Communication), we will explore ways to successfully navigate challenging conversations in a variety of settings - from work to your personal life.
Rena Cook brings years of training actors and a Master’s Degree in Voice to professional women at all levels with a clear process to open and free the voice in order to speak personal truth in all situations. She is a Professor Emeritus from the University of Oklahoma. She is also the author of Voice and the Young Actor and Breath in Action, both widely used throughout the US.
